Poorna Bell is an award-winning journalist and author of 15 years, former Executive Editor and Global Lifestyle Head for HuffPost. She won Stylist’s Rising Star award for 2019, was named Corq’s 2019 influencers to watch, Happiful’s mental health ‘ones to watch’ for 2019 and was named as one of Balance magazine’s top 100 Wellness personalities. A judge for the Mind Media Awards, currently she writes for Red, Stylist, I News, BBC, Guardian, Grazia and TimeOut. She is also a published author with Simon & Schuster, and her second book In Search of Silence is out in May 2019. She is an experienced public speaker, and has spoken at the first UK mental health summit in 2019 and for the NHS.
